Oiss Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Oiss, including push-to-talk voice messages, walkie-talkie-style conversations, voice spaces, personalization features, Coins, digital items, reporting, blocking, moderation, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using Oiss, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required for online services in your jurisdiction if that age is higher. If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, you may use Oiss only with permission from a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

2. Accounts and Security

You agree to provide accurate account information and protect your credentials. You must not impersonate another person, access another account without permission, or bypass account restrictions or security measures.

3. Service Features

Oiss may allow you to:

• press and hold the microphone to record a short voice message and release to send it;
• listen and respond to voice messages at your own pace;
• browse, join, and create voice spaces;
• invite other users to voice spaces;
• use microphone skins, visual effects, themes, and sticker packs;
• purchase optional Coins through Apple's In-App Purchase system;
• use Coins on clearly marked digital personalization items.

Core push-to-talk and voice-space features may remain available without a purchase as described in the app.

4. User Content

Voice messages, space titles, descriptions, stickers, reactions, and other material you submit are "User Content." You retain ownership of rights you have in User Content and are responsible for what you say and share.

5. License to Operate the Service

By submitting User Content, you grant Oiss a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, process, encode, transmit, display, and otherwise handle that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, provide, and improve the Service, subject to applicable law and settings.

6. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You must not use Oiss for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, abusive, exploitative, hateful, privacy-invasive, infringing, or malicious activity. You may not distribute child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate content, malware, phishing, scams, spam, or content that creates a serious safety or legal risk.

7. Voice Spaces

If you create a voice space, you are responsible for choosing an appropriate topic and using available controls responsibly. Hosting a space does not give you ownership of other participants' voices or content. Oiss may restrict or close spaces that violate these Terms or safety requirements.

8. Reporting, Blocking, and Moderation

Oiss may provide reporting and blocking tools. We may review reports and take action, including limiting visibility, removing content, restricting features, muting or removing participants, suspending or terminating accounts, or preserving evidence where reasonably necessary.

9. Digital Items

Microphone skins, visual effects, themes, sticker packs, and similar items are digital licenses for use only inside Oiss. Available items and Coin requirements may change over time.

10. Coins

Coins are optional digital items used only within Oiss. They have no cash value, are not currency or stored value, cannot be redeemed for cash or physical goods, and cannot be transferred unless Oiss expressly provides such a feature.

11. Apple In-App Purchases

Coin purchases are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Apple may handle pricing, billing, authorization, taxes, receipts, refunds, and other transaction matters under Apple's applicable terms and policies. Oiss does not receive your full payment card information.

12. Refunds and Purchase Issues

Refund requests and certain billing disputes may be handled by Apple according to Apple's policies and applicable law. If Coins are not credited correctly or an eligible item does not unlock after a completed purchase, contact oiss.support@gmail.com.

13. Intellectual Property

Except for User Content, Oiss and its software, branding, interface, graphics, themes, effects, skins, stickers, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Oiss and protected by applicable law.

14. Prohibited Technical Conduct

You may not disrupt the Service, bypass authentication or moderation controls, manipulate Coin balances or purchase verification, use unauthorized scraping or automation, introduce malicious code, or reverse engineer the Service except where law expressly permits it.

15. Third-Party Services

Oiss may rely on third-party providers for hosting, storage, authentication, audio delivery, analytics, security, moderation, and payments. Independent third parties may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

16. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using Oiss at any time. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when we reasonably believe you materially or repeatedly violated these Terms, created a safety, security, payment, or legal risk, or when required by law.

17. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent availability of every voice space or digital item, or error-free voice delivery. Content may become unavailable because of deletion, moderation, expiration, technical issues, or legal requirements.

18. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oiss is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, appropriateness, or safety of statements made by other users.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oiss and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in Oiss, voice features, digital items, Coins, legal requirements, safety practices, or business operations. Updated Terms will state a new effective date.

21. Consumer Rights and Severability

These Terms are subject to applicable law and mandatory consumer protections. If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
