Oiss Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Oiss ("Oiss", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use push-to-talk voice messaging, voice spaces, personalization features, Coins, Apple In-App Purchases, reporting, blocking, moderation, and related services.
1. Information We May Collect
1.1 Account Information
We may collect your username, display name, profile image, email address, account identifiers, authentication information, and profile details you choose to provide.
1.2 Voice Messages and Audio
When you use push-to-talk features, we may process the audio you record, message identifiers, sender and recipient identifiers, timestamps, delivery status, space identifiers, and related technical information needed to provide the feature.
1.3 Microphone Access
Oiss may request access to your device microphone so you can record and send voice messages. You can manage this permission in your device settings, although disabling it may prevent voice features from working.
1.4 Voice Space Information
When you browse, join, or create a voice space, we may process its title, topic, participant identifiers, participation status, invitations, timestamps, message activity, moderation actions, and related information.
1.5 Personalization and Digital Items
We may process information about microphone skins, effects, themes, sticker packs, and other digital items you view, unlock, select, or use.
1.6 Coins and Purchases
Apple processes payment transactions. Oiss may receive product identifiers, transaction identifiers, purchase status, receipt or verification information, Coin amounts, balance changes, and related metadata needed to verify and deliver purchases. Oiss does not receive your full payment card number.
1.7 Technical and Usage Information
We may automatically receive device type, operating system, app version, language, time zone, IP address, network information, app identifiers, crash reports, diagnostic logs, session timestamps, feature interactions, and message-delivery events.
1.8 Support and Safety Information
If you contact support or submit a report, we may process your message, contact details, attachments, reports, blocked-account relationships, moderation decisions, relevant voice content, space context, and technical records as reasonably necessary.

4. How Information May Be Shared
4.1 With Other Users
Voice messages are shared with the recipients or participants associated with the relevant conversation or voice space. Space titles, topics, participation status, profile information, and related activity may also be visible according to the feature and settings.
4.2 Service Providers
We may share information with providers that support hosting, storage, authentication, audio encoding or delivery, analytics, crash diagnostics, security, moderation, and customer support.
4.3 Apple
Apple processes purchases through the App Store and In-App Purchase system. We may exchange transaction or receipt information with Apple or related verification services to confirm purchases, prevent fraud, restore eligible transactions, or resolve billing issues.
4.4 Legal and Safety Reasons
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, enforce our Terms, investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Oiss, our users, or others.
5. Voice Message Retention
Voice messages may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide messaging, allow recipients to access content, support account functionality, maintain safety, investigate reports, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, or comply with law. Deleted information may remain temporarily in backups or restricted systems.
6. Reporting, Blocking, and Moderation
When you report a voice message, space, or account, we may process the report, relevant audio or content, account information, space context, timestamps, and technical information needed to investigate and respond. Blocking may require us to retain information needed to prevent or limit interactions.
7. Coins and Transaction Records
We may retain transaction identifiers, purchase verification records, Coin credits, Coin spending records, and balance information as reasonably necessary to provide purchases, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and maintain legal or accounting records.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service, network transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Your Choices and Privacy Rights
Depending on applicable law and available features, you may be able to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing of, or request portability of certain personal information; manage microphone permission; delete certain content; block users; withdraw consent where applicable; or lodge a complaint with a competent authority.

Where account deletion functionality is available, you may use it in Oiss or contact us for assistance. Some information may be retained where legally permitted or required, including purchase records, fraud-prevention records, legal claims, security logs, or moderation records.
11. Children's Privacy
Oiss is not intended for children under 13, or under the minimum age required for online services in the user's jurisdiction where that age is higher. If you believe a child has provided information in violation of this section, contact us.
12. International Data Transfers
Oiss and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
13. Third-Party Services
Oiss may rely on independent third-party services, including Apple and technical service providers. Those services may process information under their own privacy policies and terms.
14. Sensitive Information
Oiss is intended for casual voice communication. Avoid sending passwords, financial credentials, government identifiers, medical records, exact home addresses, or other highly sensitive information through voice messages unless necessary and appropriate for the intended recipients.
